Generally we do not collect PPI unless it is provided by your submission of a form, or through contact by phone or email. Submission of this information is voluntary and provides with it permission to use the information for the stated purposes or to respond to your message. Not providing certain information however will limit our ability to provide some or all services to you.

When you visit this website or the Park certain information is automatically collected and temporarily stored for management of this site and park, and for security purposes.

While visiting and browsing this site the information that may be collected includes but is not limited to your Internet Protocol address, the type of browser and operating system you are using, when and which pages you visit on this site, and the Universal Resource Locator of any site that forwarded you to this site. This information is collected by our hosting providers as well as their infrastructure providers and partners in order to securely connect you to this site and is shared with the Park.

At the Park security equipment may be used to record both video and audio of public areas, as well as license plate readers to monitor ingress and egress.

The above information may be shared with our employees and or representatives on an as needed basis, and provided to government or municipal officials when required by law.

Third-Parties

To interact with and reach individuals the Park uses third-party websites including social media. Any information submitted through or collected by third-parties is pursuant to their privacy policies. We do not use any trackers to collect or analyze visitors to this site.

During a visit to the Park or after the submission of information for a reservation with the park or a registration to visit the park third party services may be employed for identification, safety, and security purposes. You will be provided with additional notice regarding those providers before we share your information.

To accept payments the Park utilizes various payment providers and bank services. By submitting payment for services or licenses with the Park you are agreeing to the submission and sharing of your information to process and successfully collect your payment.

Only one cookie please

In order to provide safe submission of forms on this site we need to store a small file called a "Cookie". No other site can request this file and it is only used to validate your form submission. It will not be used to track you or your browser.
